Consider yourself lucky, it took them over a month to give me my refusal reasons which are nonsense. I provided all the info they are saying I didn't prove... like purpose of visit and entries.

THanks, I called using +16139444000 and got to speak to rep. They can't reset it, so I had to create another user in order to try to link my previous application to this one. Now I can't get them to link even though I'm putting the correct information... what a mess! Their site is terrible...

DId you find a solution, I'm in the same situation and can't find a way to contact them for a response because their call center is only for Canada.
