I friend from Vancouver office got it around 3 days after the oath, quite fast. But I'm not sure even that same office is as fast with all the certificates.

Hi, We finally got our AOR (after sending the application a 2nd time). The 2nd time was received on October 4th, and the AOR email on Dec 17th. It says that the application has been filed on Dec 7th.
