Thanks Scylla for citing this website. Do you think my son will benefit from the new change of dependent child definition? should we rely on the days spent outside Canada as dependent child accompanying to Canadian citizen toward his PR renewal?

They are suppose to change the cut off age back to 22 years on October 24th 2017.
