i got reply saying status tool automaticall deactivates after 1 year of opening however they have reactivated it but still status is same Date Event 08-08-2019 Application reviewed for completeness and placed in queue for assessment 08-06-2019 Additional Information / Documents Received...

i have sent an email to them notifying the error however chances of getting reply is zero being offices are closed and telephone linese are down however i can see lot of people are getting their assessment done even as of now as well so hopefully they will update the system from their side...

i am still getting "Invalid File Number or Birthdate" Error eventhough i am putting correct details

is it me or anyone else also getting an error while checking status on ICAS file status page...i have been checking status from long time and have never given me error before.
