Yes I think I renewed mine through my brother in the Philippines and gave new photo when I applied for PR few years ago. Question, why do you need NBI clearance? Is this for citizenship? Were you in the Philippines for 183 days?

thats a diploma, not a post graduate. the post graduate courses are mixed on their site. When you open a course it will indicate on the type- if its post graduate (Ontario Graduate Certificate Postgraduate) or a diploma.
I went to Humber College and took post graduate. Best learning so far no regrets at all! if there is high visa rejections its bec soooo many students want to study here. genuine people who just finished like me. so dude think before you post! ;D
Thanks tiger! page 5 says "preferably NOC O, A & B" so it means not really a must. and yes they may or may not take NOC C jobs. Made me worry since most of the jobs that I'm applying for these days in Halifax are under NOC C.
