I would suggest that you call IRCC and get application number try to link using GCkey- if successfully link you can find UCI there and apply for TRV

This form gave me tough time too, And it doesn’t allowed more than 5 entries for both education and work. That might be the problem as well(most recent education and your work history for the past 10years) I input 2 entries for education and 3 for work history
