I have received an update on Nov. 24th requesting a fingerprint request until today I did not receive an email with the instruction letter; is it normal?

If the photo Id was not clear and they decided to send me another test invitation, after how long do you think I will receive the second invitation test?

I have a question for Strongfaith42, based on your experience what will be happened if someone uploads his personal photo two times instead of one for a personal photo and one for an ID photo during the test? unfortunately, my wife was stressed and did that although she passed the test!

I am just wondering if anyone of you has a test invite and BG is still in process. Is it okay to have a test invite and BG still in process? or this means that the BG check will take a long time then they decide to send me a test invitation before completing the BG.

Thanks for your reply. This means 8 weeks after the ghost update we are expecting that they will ask for a fingerprint. Did you receive any test dates after your BG was completed on Aug. 18?

That is a good example but how about yourself did your BG is completed or still not? because you said that your two adult daughters and husband got BG completed on June 11 but you didn't mention what is happened for yourself.

The background verification for my wife was completed but not for me and my kids. I am wondering why not for at least for kids? do anyone of you had the same scenario?
