Retail Technology Sales, Skill Level C?

I'm assuming I know the answer, I'm trying to find out if I qualify for express entry. I've worked for years for AT&T in retail sales, which I believe is class C. Despite the fact that half the job was IT troubleshooting, is it still stuck in the retail category, which makes me unqualified?

Working for a US Company from within Canada, No Permit?

Well I asked again as I was confused, I saw another post here where somebody said you don't need a visa to work remotely for a US company while in Canada. While I know that is technically a little different, this company works entirely on the phone so I thought perhaps it would qualify. Either...

Working for a US Company from within Canada, No Permit?

I have a potential job here in Canada for an insurance company who says they can pay me through their Texas office and so I won't need a Visa/permit, is this true? I'm worried about facing a potential issue crossing the border with my stuff and no work permit.

Jobs an American can get quickly

My American partner is trying to find a way to live with me in British Columbia, and is curious as to what kind of work he is likely to get as an American without a visa or permit. He has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and a little bit of IT experience.

Moving to CA as US citizen to work for US Company, can I get in?

It's an insurance company and they told me they can pay me through their Texas office, so the money is entirely American supposedly, its just the building is in Canada. If it is still a 6 month visitor limit, will I have trouble moving up there for 6 months with a car full of stuff if I tell...

Does RO only apply to last 5 years?

That's all great to know then thank you for the help. My concern is just having a valid form of ID, as I have no other kind of Canadian ID to show employers. My CA Drivers license is expired as well.

Moving to CA as US citizen to work for US Company, can I get in?

I am looking to move to British Columbia to be near my Canadian partner. I'm a US citizen, and am interviewing with an American company located in Canada. I don't know the specifics around it, concerning how legal it is I guess for me to work for them without any kind of visa or permit. Will...

Does RO only apply to last 5 years?

Thanks for the responses. I am in Canada now, and am aware that I could stay for 2 years to fulfill RO requirements, but I am wary of it. How hard is it living with an expired card, as its my only form of ID to give to employers. Also, the card expired over two years ago, is that really bad...

Does RO only apply to last 5 years?

I have spent over 730 days in Canada since becoming a PR back in 2009, but that is outside the 5 year period. I'm about to apply for renewal, am I within RO, or outside because since 2012 its less than 730?

Requesting Info from Access to Information Act with Expired PR Card

I was not reported, but I'm not sure about living for two years with an expired card. Wouldn't it be difficult? Being unable to provide a valid form of ID for employers, being unable to acquire a driver's license, etc.

Requesting Info from Access to Information Act with Expired PR Card

So my subject title pretty much sums it up, I just landed in Canada with an expired PR card and am a long way from fulfilling my residency obligations, so I'm very wary of getting reported. I heard from a friend about the Access to Information Act and how I can learn exactly everything CA knows...

    American applying for Canadian Jobs

That I know, so he's on his own. He has a bachelor's of science and a little IT experience, and we were just trying to get an idea as to how hard it will be for him to get a job from outside Canada, as he's in the states right now. Thanks for the help and info
