It's calendar day. IRCC has switched from business day to calendar day.

There is no general format. If you want to remind them of moving your case forward, just politely ask them consider your situation.

Oh yeah Webforms too! I sent out 2 webforms did count them in previous post:D I think for landing, send emails to VOs and call are most efficient ways. Hope you will get it soon!

Yes I do. hahaha you can see from my final decision date, I called IRCC twice, sent out 19 emails to VOs. I know I kinda crossed the line maybe:p
