Hi all, I received my ECOPR today (30th July 2021). I uploaded my address and photo on (23 July 2021). My address is accepted but my photo is still under review. Just wondering how long does it take to receive physical card in mail? Any clue?

What is the maximum wait time for COPR after uploading photo and address to portal?

Unfortunately I was never aware that we could upload soft copy. Always uploaded paper photo scanned. No wonder why my photo is still under review.

Just wondering, I have the digital photo taken from staples for PR portal. Can I take its picture from my phone and crop the background and upload to portal?
