    They don't tell you anything until you ask them. I explicitly had to ask about my primary office and then they told me it was changed from Sydney to Vancouver.

    Ghost update is when your tracker shows an updated date but no real updates are seen in the tracker.

    Why not? If I had not called them I would not have found about the fact that Background has two parts - criminality and security. Also would not have known that the file moved to another office without calling. Tracker does not show these things, unfortunately.

    8882422100 Tracker updates will take time. My first update on tracker was almost 1.5 months after receiving AOR. Be patient, it is a long ride.
