Just to update everyone WIfe finally got the AOR today after re-submission in November. Originally applied on 27th August and then re-submitted (because of incomplete payment) on 7th November. AOR after 5 months...must be a record or something lol- Dude29

The question was, "In the past 4 years, were you in a country or territory other than Canada for 183 days or more in a row (since the age of 18)?" It said "In the past 4 years" specifically. We did not submit a police certificate either.- Dude29

PR card is not a compulsory document to submit. In the Identification section, you can submit the BIO page of your passport and then for Canadian document you can submit any of these: DL, Health Card, Senior Citizen ID card, Age of Majority Card. I submitted Passport and DL.- Dude29
