I did, I sent that very link to the consultant as was told we needed to wait for a file number, which is why I'm here looking for a second opinion and to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding something.

So has anyone here submitted the PR app and OWP app at the same time and then received the OWP? My consultant has submitted the PR app (Inland) but says we need to wait for a file# to apply for the OWP? Please share your experiences.

As the application has been sent in, can we just do the OWP application ourselves?
