    I got IP in March and I didn't get police certificate request until May. And I sent my passport about a week ago, I am still on IP instead of DM, while a lot of people got DM when they received passport request.

    Even if he has landed less than 2 years and there is condition 51, you can let CIC know if you no longer live with him, it will cancel his PR and your sponsorship agreement.

    Congratulations. You got your passport back with COPR in 7 days after passport request!!! May I know what courier you use to send passport? Or maybe you are physically in Hong Kong?

    Hi Ian, May I know how did you send your passport pdf? I tried using the enquiry system to upload my file, but my scanned pdf is 21MB while the maximum size allowed is 2MB each or 3.5MB all together. By the way, my status is still In Process even though I received passport request a week ago...

    The letter said they will return your passport within 60 working days. Also, if you have a Hong Kong SAR passport, you can send a pdf copy of the passport and no need to mail the original.

    pdf copy means you scan the passport and save the file in pdf format. I got the passport request letter recently too and was confused where or how do I submit the pdf of the passport. By email or upload or what? Anybody knows?

    If you haven't done the upfront medical before you got pregnant, you won't be able to complete it until you give birth unless you would risk your baby on the xray. Like the other member said, the chance of requiring interview is small, and also it's not likely to happen to you before completing...
