Well, we missed couple of addresses (vacation ones - short stay), but the interviewer never asked any questions on these. my wife however, did account every single absence in her calculation - so I am guessing that should not be a big issue.

You guys can always ask for their Supervisor or Manager if you feel you are not dealt with professionally. Just because you applied for citizenship and asking for status of an already delayed process don't mean you will be treated like this. Make the supervisors learn about these.
