I applied from Ghana. They didn’t ask me for proof of funds. They asked her and she uploaded her scholarship. It’s a BCDI 2030 scholarship.

She actually got to Canada on 4th September. I sent IRCC her study permit and they acknowledged receiving it. That’s all.
