⦁ Can you send in the application for citizenship to be processed while you continue to earn the residence requirement of 3 years? If you need to wait, and send in the application once the requirement is fulfilled, but your PR card will expire before processing (of the citizenship application)...

Most applicants have been told 6 months! But we're fast approaching that with no word from the Vancouver office. And somebody else was even told to wait 3 additional months following that wait. :o
