PR Card Delay After Photo Resubmission – Sept 17 Landing
Have you received your PR card yet? Did you upload your photo online or mail it to IRCC? My photo also didn't meet the requirements; I mailed it through Canada Post, and it's been a month and a half with no feedback.- dirkzhao
