what about originals, i.e. university degree, do i have to attest it from HEC before applying for visa ?

i applied for Meng-Process Systems Engg. Co-op based and got admission within 3 days after i sent my complete application. they have dispatched the letter, i'll receive it in few days. however i requested and they emailed me my letter :) now in couple of weeks i ll apply for visa
