I would like the contact to please!

So I got an email saying they are waiting for some information from me, but when I try to login it just goes on a loop, from login to homepage to login to homepage. ive tried 2 computers and two phones, and in two of those devices it was the first time we have tried to login, still nothing...

I have this issue, the address they have it’s not even the one we have them, it’s just the address where my wife used to lived in Mexico before she moved in with me in Canada. Lawyer says not to worry about it.

We never submitted one to begin with, they didn’t ask us for it, at least my lawyer didn’t mentioned it!

Got background check request, so police certificate from home country, I’m guessing that will take a bit. also got the SA, I’m hoping with that we can get the OPW soon since I’m thinking the background check will take a while!

At least your guys file is moving! we pass medical back in June 18 and Submitted biometrics June 23 and haven’t heard anything since! Like my app got lost in limbo

i did my spouse application through a lawyer/immigration agency! Didn’t want to mess it up! I’m happy with my decision, I know they don’t control timing, but we didn’t get our application sent back or returned so far.

If you get the OWP, do you see that on ECAS or you get an email or a letter?

My lawyer recommended us not to leave! Cause they can deny entrance upon coming back and something about if we weren’t here when they requested the passport then it would consider that we withdrew our application, but I might be wrong. another thing to consider is that you will have to follow...

How do you know which officer is?

They didn’t ask for those when I submitted my application! Lawyer didn’t mention them, besides I think police certificates expire in 6 months no?

Are they asking for police certificates from your country? I know I had to get my fingerprints taken when I did my PR in 2015, but for my wife it says they are processing her background check but they never asked her for anything , and eligibility hasn’t been started.
