Ours is for a Family Sponsorship Application from December 2019, Mexico City VO, ARC request letter was submitted in June 2020 with a TRV. Last we they asked us to resend... fingers crossed.

Hi, I would start with finding proof of leaving Canada (as requested). If you crossed without your passport being stamped, maybe show a credit card bill (from an in-person) purchase in the USA or some other type of proof, pay stub, doctor's appointment receipt... something that can attest to you...
