Looks like I got my passport! I checked my mailbox this morning and have a post office tag to pick up tomorrow… annoying because I live in those apartments with my own key locked mailbox along with the additional Canada post parcel box’s with the key that they put in your small apartment...

From my experience, I would do 10 business days after your application was delivered. Especially if you haven’t seen a CC charge in your account within that same time frame.

I am assuming it has been 3 full business days since you sent the request and yet no response? Maybe means they don’t need anything from you. Like in my case my cc information was incorrect so I had to update it. Has your cc been charged? If you are worried, you can call and get an update? But...

Yes, after 10 business I did the online status update and I got a reply 3 business days later with a number to call to update my CC information. I called and updated the info and got charged a few minutes after. Now waiting for next steps. Have you contacted them either by phone or the online...

So I tried to call yesterday but the line said 200 people so I hung up. But this morning I got a reply from the online status, saying I need to call the number provided to update cc. So I called and looks like visa debt is not allowed and only credit cards are excepted. Which is strange cause I...

Still no CC charge!! From everything I see here, majority of applicants get cc charge 10 days after. Application was delivered Jan 25th. I did the online status thing on the 10th business day but no response yet. Should I call Monday and see what is going on?
