Mr.Ashivad Anac, Is it necessary to have 67 points to create EE profile in 2015 programme?

F0r 2015 EE programme you have to calculate the score 600 as human capital and 600 as valid job offer(total of 1200 points). Is there any limitation of points,I mean any minimum points required to create EE profile? Thanks for the reply in advance.
