    Yes and Yes. You need to press reply button, provide details and then in a day or two you will get credentials for portal.

    Yes got the same email. It seems it is sent to those whose background check is still in progress (at least that is what it looks like).

    That's good. My file is stuck with Sydney VO with absolutely no progress since June 2020. I do not think they even looked at it after medical expire to process extension! Those at OTTAWA are luckier!

    Yes, mine expired on Feb 12. It's been 1 month today, still waiting. In some groups, people reported ~8 to 12 weeks for medical updates nowadays (as some people from December 2019 AOR got it updated recently), so long way to go!

    Though my background check is complete, they have not touched my file since June to establish eligibility. The file was transferred to Sydney, NS. AOR Feb 28, inland.

    Biometric done on October 26. I can see the number on portal but the status still says "you have not provided your biometric..."

    From what I heard from others, remedical or extension to the medical will be provided. For some, it took 2 month+ to get an extension, so I am preparing myself for another long wait!
