Please update: Received the certificate today on Oct 08th Long journey finally finished. Oath was done on Oct 05th, Requested urgent processing and they asked for proof document. I asked because of relocation to the USA and sent a letter from my employer.

Done with the Oath today. It went smoothly. Asked for urgent certificate. Let's see if it comes faster than usual

I read that there are two ways to do it and one is to go to service Canada office in person. You can go to service Canada and ask for urgent passport. They can even do 2 days pickup. They charge you extra for that. I am not sure if that is still true for first time passports.

In the new tracker and when you login, on the top right it shows updated on XXX. That is a date when last time IRCC updated or did some work on your file
