this is new information for me about Inland and Outland normally whats i believe was that Inland applicant are those who applied PR while they are already in Canada like students and workers while Outland applicants are those who applied PR while they are not in Canada

Actually i am a PR , planning to return to Canada July 2018, now looking for options how to take my wife with me while her sponsor visa is under process, she doesn't need any work permit , just want her to be with me during all this process.

so it means I can apply outland even if my wife is inside Canada on visit visa?

How outland? ur husband was inside Canada then application will be Inland, right? Outland applicants are those who applied PR while they are not in Canada

Hi Freinds, which one is better for new comers Guelph or Toronto, As i read some where that Guelph is very good for IT jobs , also car insurance etc is cheap as compared to Toronto, please share your experience. thanks in advance
