Does fee charged by CIC means the application is accepted ?

Is this thread for people who applied in Nov or processing started in Nov? I had sent my application was received on Sep 12, and processing started on Nov 14, 2014. Waiting for Test call.

What size PO BOX to get ? My CIC processing keep getting delayed due to personal reasons. Current situation is that I might relocate out of State. I know that I can get a PO BOX as mailing address, but there are multiple sizes @ USPS ! Can anyone please advise me as which size should I opt...
