Guys click on the help question mark next to the final decision. Mine DM says not started but when I click on the question mark it says, they have reached final decision on my application. So, just try and see. Thanks

Hi Guys, How to send RPRF receipt to cio Sydney?? I am truing through case specific enquiry but when I select "In Canada permanent residence" as my application/Enquiry type, there is no option for provincial nominees there. So, I am confused how to send the receipt. Please help. Thank you
