Remember, the proof of residence in Canada doesn't mean that the pax cannot travel on vacations/emergencies. It's all about a "residential tie". Even in the last six months the pax had been abroad, say for few days to a month (generally) - that's fine.

Re: In process:)additional doc request @ SINGAPORE U'd only know that your b/ground check is over when u get your Meds. Whereafter, your Security Checks would commence. In process means - it's going on.
