I also applied on 24 September and same thing happened to me. I got no emails and passport was dispatched 3 days ago. I got my visa and got the approval email the day after. Don't worry she'll get her visa :)

I got my Visa today. Applied on 24 sepetember Chandigarh visa office.

Guys do you receive an email if your visa is rejected or do you get an email only on approval?

I thought you receive an email for rejection too? Or am I wrong?

I applied through VFS but IRCC never sent me a single email, even my application number. I think VFS mistyped my email id. Now when I track via VFS it says that my passport has been dispatched. Did you guys receive any email when your visa was approved and was the said email important? Does one...

I'm in ISI jan 2019 intake. Guys make a whatsapp group and share the link here. Posting your numbers in a public forum isn't a very smart thing to do.

We have the same profile except I've done my B.Tech in Computer Science. I have already been accepted in ISI montreal but montreal in too late for you now since you also have to apply for CAQ which takes 1 month. Ottawa is your only option.

Its not too late for Jan. Most of us who have applied in September haven't got their visa yet from Chandigarh. It'll take 60 days at least.

It doesn't matter. Its an automatic response, you get it in a matter of minutes after you send a mail to consulate.

Yeah I got an automatic acknowledgement saying they received the mail, nothing else.
