I have landed in Toronto on March 26th and i didn't receive my PR card yet too !!!!!!it is 53 days now !!!! and the health card (OHIP) the told u have to wait 90 days to receive it!!!! how did u get in 30 days?

Thanks but i don`t want to put my name on the front of title to avoid paying tax here in US!!! because i will not issue permanent plates to drive in US. i can drive with temp tags for 30 days and i will be out of US before 30 days will gone. thats why i dont want to pay tax here for no use.
