US visa history question
As per my knowledge, it is not considered as refusal. The application was subsequently approved after administrative processing. I was in the same situation too.- deltaV

Check your IMM0008 application form, you must have already submitted this information under "Physical Characteristics" section. It shouldn't be a big issue.
