I am wondering which visa office issue your COPR. I submitted photo on PR portal on Jun 7 and still waiting

Hi everyone, I have my first PR card application number on my GC account but when I check status with ECAS, ECAS cant find my application. I got COPR early Jun 2021 on new PR Portal. I uploaded photo on there too. GC account shows my PR application date is June 7. Anyone has the same issue?
