i guess the eligibility required is just a reason to extend the processing time, even in mine Review Required was there. Without any further explanation or ADR i received portal email.

Hello guys, how long usually we need to wait to get ecopr after uploading photo, its been almost a week for me and nothing

Anyone has experience on uploading the photo, i understand there are specification but i see just one place to upload photo, how can we upload the backside of photo ( with details on name, DOB, and the place where you took photo)

do we need to upload back side of the photo with details on date, who took the photo also

I just saw a ghost update, is it a system glitch?

nothing any special, was trying call every days since 2 weeks, i was just lucky yesterday
