The best way is download a new form and fill again. It takes 5 minutes as you have the information ready in your previous form. Validate and try uploading again

Did you download the latest form. I had downloaded a form in May and could not upload it. So I downloaded another form on 29th June...refilled and uploaded. When compared the forms, the new form had an extra field. It kept giving an error earlier...this version is no longer supported...it's not...
