I have finally received CoPR letter on Friday 26/03/2020. Around 36 days after Approval on CIC Portal.

It looks like some people are waiting from 2 months after approval and still did not get COPR letter.. I guess Etobicoke and Toronto region is getting delayed.

Did you contact cic again?

I called CIC, and the officer said, it should have been sent to you by now. He said, he is going to send a message to my local visa office i.e Toronto, and wait for 2 more weeks.
