Sent out Visa Application to CIO last Saturday 1/27/13 via DHL.(VO-CEM, Payment- Bank draft) Hoping and praying for the smooth and hassle free process.May God grant positive results in all our applications. :)

Maybe the mailing address used by your sister was her sponsor's address in Canada in order to get the decision letter quickly. As far as I know only one copy of LOA is mailed to the applicant to her/his preferred address. Hope you'll have your LOA the soonest possible time. Good luck
