I completed My Oath on the 30th of March. Citizenship Certificate received 2 days after. I explained to the Citizenship official about my urgent need to travel mid April. Request was granted but he didn't guarantee. Now I have my certificate and I have applied for my Canadian Passport today...

Hi folks, I had an update to attend the Oath of citizenship Ceremony scheduled for the 30th of March 2022, but I have not received an email to that effect. Citizenship Oath was updated to 'In-progress' on the 9th of March 2022. Is this in order? I need to be guided here please!!!!

Good News! At least I am progressing. I was shocked the language, physical presence and Prohibitions updates were done on Saturday 8th January 2022! Now the waiting begins for Citizenship Oath. AOR received, Nov 17 2020, Test done Dec 3rd 2021.

Did you apply for Grant of Citizenship? You may need to further clarify. Citizenship Certificate can be applied for/ obtained after the Oath Ceremony. Most applications are identified with the UCI number if you chose that Identifier option. Yes it could have been delivered by the Courier...
