@legalfalcon can you please elaborate on this. I have asked you previously similar question. How as an employee we can make sure that employer honour this offer. This is really a big nightmare. Don't know how to handle this. I can either resign from current position and go back to home...

IRCC is not touching FSW files at all, be it inland or outland.

Hi @legalfalcon Thanks for responding on this. But this has added more to my questions. 1. So one need to be on same employer roles, even with BOWP, till you get PR... But one can now work on 2nd job as well? Right 2. There is difference between having job offer for one year, Vs...

Hi @legalfalcon I have same query. If we are on closed work permit and have claimed 50 points for PR application. What happens when we get BOWP, atleast then we can change jobs. Believe that's what open permit is for. Would have completed 2 years on closed permit when I apply for my BOWP...

Have already raised webform last week, asking for reason why my file FSW-Inland not being processed for security since last Oct. Let's see what crappy answer I get. But planning to raise same webform biweekly. Just for Fun. Can't think of anything else.

I don't see any logic here. FSW- Inland are already in Canada, so travel restrictions is not correct logic. Atleast for applicant with no dependent, or with all dependent in Canada. So again, they don't care. Let's just keep waiting.

In same boat (with a hole now). FSW- Inland (if that matters outland or inland). Last update was on 15 Oct, when Biometrics were updated and criminality passed. Since then security has not started. It's 5 months from then. AOR 17 March. Have given up any hope for any feedback. We are at IRCC...

What exactly he meant "case officer forgot your Application". Is it a f*k joke? Is it like they forgot a file at home, which they have no track? Their actions are deliberate, as they are answerable to none.

There are 2 contrary things happening. 1. Applications that are being processed, but not issued COPR because they can not travel. 2. Applications for inlands, not being processed. Can't digest this inverted working and logic.
