Hello guys i think this form inactive

Am the same guys what should I do ... my file sent to wrong visa office

Is this form active... Am worried my application transferred to a visa office which I lefted am not sure what to do ..guys please re

For the first time the initial application was submited Feb 2014 ,have the interview May 2015 refused and appealed June 2016 got the blue book Oct 2016 then full hearing July 2017 allowed appeal and got the writing latter after 13 days now waiting the medical and other updated forms
