    For overseas family members, I recommend selecting the specific overseas visa office on the WebForm. They usually respond much faster than the offices inside Canada.     You won't be able to link your application anywhere (as much as I know) but what you can do is that if you know which visa office your application is; you can use WebForms to ask about your progress which I always do and it works or directly email the VO but I still recommend WebForms
