    I am on open work permit. The client is in US. Canadian employer has no physical address but it is a registered Canadian employer. It has offices (not physical) in most parts of the world.

    Yes the compensation comes in Canadian bank account. But I heard that people who are working for foreign client and the Canadian company is only for payroll processing then it is not considered as the requirement under Canadian labour market. I am not sure and need to verify this.
