Hi Sameer , As i can see you got Visa Stamp in March 2015 & you will land Canada in Aug 2015. Is CIC allow 5 months time to enter in to Canada after Visa Stamping. I already applied with same NOC 2132 / From Dubai , but through Express Entry. Cheers Darshan
