They have to issue 85800 ITAs in 2020

Go for it but don't expect a change. Just try your luck. I thought I would get a 7.5 this time but again got a 7. It was my third time taking the test.

IDP gives you TRF number when you check your score online. Don't know about BC.

I just upgraded my score from 458 to 467 today. With IELTS.
