If you apply in June 2018 that will be fine but if you want to apply now (Feb 18) I don't think the IRCC system will recognize those three months of employment in future (March-May18). Without those three months you have only 34 months.

Just jumping in here - the principle is that you won't get extra credit for listing any non-ECAed degrees under education history section. Meanwhile you MIGHT be penalized or questioned for listing a non-ECAed degree here without having an ECA report. Choose wisely.
