I believe for your home country its required.. However, you can check with CIC..

You need to get new PCC. PCC is valid for only 6 months..

When you requested for Visa Change and what are your time line? Normally it takes 15 to 20 days..

Hello Kittu, Yes I submitted ROE,PCC and New Background declaration form. I got medical same day when these docs was requested. I can see in ecas medical is received but after submitting all these docs I haven't heard anything from them. Can you please share your time line?
