I heard they ask for remed only when all the stages have been cleared as I know many people whose eligibility was RI since a year and their meds expired and year ago too but they dis not got remed yet

@legalfalcon I applied on Nov 1 2019 and in may my eligibilty was Recommend Interview and in sept my gcms showed the same. My meds expired on Nov 6 2020 and got remed request on 31st Dec. Doea thia mean all stages are clear and only then they asked for remed?

Yeah just wanted to be prepared before hand if something of such sort happens what needs to be done

I dont. My GCMS notes says misrepresentation not started usually its 0 for every one so I think VO is thinking I misrepresented something so was just curious to know
