Not at all, I've seen faster ones. But I was very organized with all documentation, all files uploaded had indexes with everything attached to it, explanation for every possible missing data. I've been reading the ircc website since 2019, before I applied to my first study permit.- dalevieira

No idea. Allegedly, there is a case reviewer that check your documents and make a recommendation to approve or decline, and that goes to the immigration officer who makes a final decision on your file. They can ask for more info at any time- dalevieira
