FYI - IQAS AOR on April 3rd, and I received my ECA via email yesterday (19th Business Day), should receive it via courier this week. Everyone be patient. I didn't call them and I still got it within the 20 Business Days

My application was put in line for processing on April 3rd, still waiting for it to be completed... Is there any point calling them?

I would put yourself in the pool for IEC, and come over on a 2 year work permit. Once you're here, you can find a job that qualifies for CEC, and apply for PR after 12 months of working in that role.

Anyone can have ECA completed by IQAS. I sent mine off a couple of weeks ago. Their website has all the information you need, including a checklist so you know you haven't forgotten anything!
