Good Day, Please does the Post Graduate Certificate need Attestation Letter too? IRCC said Masters, Ph.D., and other Post Graduate programs don't need attestation letters. So am a bit confused.

I will advice you go ahead with the CEC...... it is super fast and there is no penalty in submitting two application in different stream

According to the guide on IRCC website, it says to sign the forms, but on their Twitter handle, you don't need to sign the form So whether you signed it or not, you are good.
